Terms of Service (SPEYNERGY)


SPEYNERGY goods come with a free of defects for 12 months from date of arrival (unless agreed differently). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


The warranty is not valid to any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or usage other than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or any repairs or changes carried out. However accidents happen and if you damage a rod we ask you to get in contact with us and we will find a solution for repair or replacement for a reasonable fee, depending on the damage.


  • A 50.00 EUR handling charge will be made to cover processing and shipping costs back to the purchaser for ALL non-warranty covered works.



Build time rod customization


Our customized rods will take between 2 and 10 weeks, depending on workload, time of the year and availability of components and services.


Once ordered and started, rods are nonrefundable, due to the custom nature of our work.

In case of goods that have been damaged by delivery, pls notify us at SPEYNERGY


Try before you buy

You are always welcome to visit our locations in Luxemburg or in Ireland. We will be delighted to show you our line up and let you try our easy to cast rods. Contact us for an appointment at your convenience.



Cancellation period

Cancellation period for ordered goods is 7 days from date of arrival of the product(s). Goods must be returned in the very same condition as they arrived at your place with all original packaging in place. You need get in contact to inform us within 7 days from delivery. No returning of goods without contacting us beforehand. Return postage is on you and once we received the return parcel and have analyzed the situation and found defects we will refund you.




Any returns for defective product we will cover the cost of returns.
Any returns for any other reason you are responsible for the cost of the returns.


We use courier services to deliver our goods. Ensure to provide phone and email details to the couriers. Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready to leave our factory and we try hard to get the goods to you as soon as possible.


Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign for the parcel as “DAMAGED”. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Ownership of Goods

SPEYNERGY owns all goods until they are fully paid. No shipping of goods without cleared payment by credit card company or bank institute.


Out of Stock Items

In case you order an item that is currently not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the following options:

1) substitution with similar good of same or higher value
2) good will be backordered and shipped to you as soon as we get it
3) full refund


Website Errors


Errors can happen and we try our best to avoid them, however in the event of a mistakenly listed items/goods at an incorrect price SPEYNERGY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any placed

product orders listed at an incorrect price.
