Personal data transfer to third parties for commercial purposes will not occur.
Excluded are service partners who require personal data to process an order. These include carriers (GLS, DHL, DPD, Fedex, United Parcel Services, ....).

The transmission of data to service partners is subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act and Telemedia Act. The extent of transmissions is limited to the minimum.

3. How does SPEYNERGY protect your data?

We protect our website as well as the data stored inhouse against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure by unauthorized persons through a set of technical and organizational measures.

4. Collection and Usage of Personal Data

We attach high importance in data protection. Therefore we comply with the Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act in cases of collecting, processing and using personal data.

The personal information, you provide to us, is primarily used for a smooth processing of orders, deliveries and payment processing, and if necessary for the processing of returns, and warranty claims.
Furthermore, we use your information for customer service, to inform you about orders and our products, services and offers.
Anytime, customers are entitled to decline the use of his address data for advertising purposes without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs for the basic rates.

5. Storage of Contract Data

The access to your customer account is protected by your customer name and password. Therefore, we recommend you to treat the access code to your account always confidential. It is important that you close the browser window when you finish the connection to our shop to ensure that no third party can access your account, especially if you share your computer with other people.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we use the provided data to send you the newsletter. By unsubscribing from the newsletter, this consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
